FIBO 2026: Plus Line for a Global Audience

The best moment of FIBO 2026 was a complaint. A group of French competitive weightlifters spent a long while on our machines at Koelnmesse and were not shy about it: the seats could be softer, the finish more polished than the gym machines they train on. Fair points — by indoor standards. The criticism lasted right up until we told them that everything they were testing is built to stand outdoors: permanently, year-round, in any weather. The conversation changed on the spot. Before leaving, they asked whether we could install StreetBarbell equipment in Paris.
That exchange is why we come to FIBO. Held 16–19 April in Cologne, it is the world's leading trade fair for fitness, wellness and health — and unlike the regional fairs on our calendar this year, in Finland, Italy and the USA, it has no single market focus. Visitors reached our stand from the UAE, Asia, the Americas and across Europe, a fair mirror of our distributor footprint in more than 25 countries.
The stand itself was Plus Line territory: the MB 7.39.3 Biceps Curl in a wheelchair-accessible design and the MB 7.108, flanked by two machines that need no introduction in our catalogue — the EN-certified Multi Bar MB 7.68 and the Bench Press MB 7.64, our top seller. The ECO Line sat this one out. Eight to ten of us worked the stand across the four days, our CEO and our German distributor among them.
